Center for Emerging Visual Artists (CFEVA) is a Philadelphia-based organization that offers a two-year Fellowship program for the purpose of career development. The fellowship includes mentoring, public exhibitions, one-on-one career counseling and numerous networking and career development opportunities. Currently seeking artists and photographers that live within a 100 mile radius of Philadelphia to apply for affiliation. CFEVA also collaborates with the Schuylkill Center for Environmental Education to offer a six-month Residency Program. Sculpture Space Residency Program
Apply for a two-month residency in Utica, NY. Artists receive a $2,000 stipend, subsidized communal housing, 24 hour access to the studio, and technical assistance in an environment conducive to creativity. The public is invited to quarterly work-in-progress receptions; other visits occur by appointment.

Hamiltonian Artists
This D.C.-based gallery and nonprofit organization offers a competitive 2-year fellowship program for new, innovative visual artists in all media. Artists from around the U.S. who have finished their academic training and may still be exploring their artistic directions in alternative art spaces, but have not yet been represented by a gallery, are eligible. Fellowship provides training, mentoring, and exhibition opportunities, as well as a modest stipend.

Women's Caucus for Art (WCA)
Membership organization of women in the visual arts. The mission of the Women's Caucus for Art is to create community through art, education, and social activism. There are 23 chapters all over the U.S., most of which have their own websites. There are also a number of affiliated organizations. The National WCA provides fiscal sponsorship and other opportunities for members.

Women's Studio Workshop, Inc.
Women's Studio Workshop is an artist's workspace dedicated to encouraging the voice and vision of women artists. Department of VSA and Accessibility at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts (formerly VSA Arts)
International organization that aims to provide arts and education opportunities for people with disabilities and increase access to the arts for all. The organization offers arts-based programs in creative writing, dance, drama, music and the visual arts implemented primarily through affiliate network nationwide and in 52 countries. In 2011, VSA merged with the Kennedy Center's Office on Accessibility to become the Department of VSA and Accessibility at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts.

SOHO20 Gallery
SOHO2O Chelsea Gallery is a non-profit, artist-run gallery that has been promoting the work of women artists through gallery exhibitions and public programming since 1973.
